Google User Data

To display your Google Analytics dashboard, we must be given read access to your Google Analytics data. This is achieved through the Google OAuth authentication workflow, and integrating with the Google Analytics Reporting API.

Through the aforementioned Google Analytics Reporting API, we retrieve the following information:

  • User's email.
  • User's name.
  • Google Analytics accounts available to the authenticated user.
  • Google Analytics properties accessible to the aforementioned accounts.
  • Google Analytics views accessible to the aforementioned properties.
  • Various metrics for the aforementioned Google Analytics views:
    • Count of users by day
    • Count of page visits
    • Count of referrers/sources

Aforementioned metrics by variable date range, including last 7 days, last 30 days, 60 days, today, and yesterday, depending on the user's subscription plan.

Once Google Analytics data is retrieved through the aforementioned API, data is stored on our secure servers.

However, for the live demo dashboard available to the public, no Google user data is retained, and the data is strictly stored in the user's browser session.

Excluding the live demo dashboard, the data retention policy will depend on the user's subscription plan.

We will only share your Google User Data through dashboards to external viewers the dashboard is public, as per your instruction.

Private dashboards will be restricted to parties explicitly determined, as per your instruction.

Third Party Data

On your instruction, information may be collected from 3rd party sources on your behalf, and is stored in our datastores only.

We use 3rd party data solely for the purpose of providing our service to you, and do not permit the transfer of this data outside of our service.

At any time, you can instruct us to remove this information and we will remove it entirely from our service.

Data Security

We will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.

We will store all the personal information you provide and metrics retrieved on your behalf on our secure servers.

Information relating to electronic transactions entered into via this website will be protected by encryption technology.
